A replication of ancient Egyptian reliefs at the toll station on the Zafarana road that leads to the Red Sea from Beni Suef through the eastern desert. The replications are so disgusting and shameful that I felt a need to photograph them. These modern ancient Egyptian replications that the government and army are so keen on utilizing in all of their architectural endevours is so sickening. They should be banned from completely disfiguring our history in such a horrendous way.
